RichGoon operates the following platforms and services (collectively, the "Services"):

- www.richgoon.app - Our web application for trading automation and bot management
- www.richgoonapi.com - Our API service for receiving TradingView webhook signals and executing automated trades
- Mobile and desktop applications for trading automation
- Trading bot creation and management tools
- Educational resources and community features
By creating an account or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RichGoon.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. Your continued use of the Services after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RichGoon, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RichGoon.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Eligibility and User Responsibility
To use RichGoon, you must:
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction
- Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable laws
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Understand and accept the risks involved in trading and automation
RISK AWARENESS REQUIREMENT:
- Understand the Risks: You must fully understand that trading in financial markets carries substantial risk. You could lose some or all of the amount you invest.
- Do Your Own Research: You are responsible for conducting your own research and due diligence before making any trading decisions.
- We Are Not Financial Advisors: RichGoon is NOT a financial advisor. We do not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
- Algorithmic Trading: Trading bots operate entirely based on algorithmic strategies and automated signals. They execute trades without human emotion but also without human judgment.
- No Guarantees: Past performance does NOT guarantee future profits. Successful backtests or historical results do not ensure future success.
- Risk Management: You are solely responsible for implementing proper risk management strategies, position sizing, and stop losses.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
You may create an account using your email address or through Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 Account Security
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach
- You are solely responsible for activities conducted through your account
- We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity.
4. Description of Services
RichGoon is a comprehensive trading automation and financial education platform operating across multiple domains:
- www.richgoon.com - Main website with information, pricing, and resources
- www.richgoon.app - Web application for creating and managing trading bots
- www.richgoonapi.com - API service for TradingView webhook integration and signal processing
Our Services provide:
- Simulated paper trading environment with virtual currency (no risk)
- Real-time market data and analytics
- Automated trading bot creation and management
- TradingView webhook signal processing via richgoonapi.com
- Integration with multiple brokers and exchanges including:
- cTrader-enabled brokers: Pepperstone, IC Markets, FP Markets
- Proprietary trading firms: Funded Trading Plus, FTMO
- API-enabled exchanges: IG Group, Hanko, Binance, BingX, Hyperliquid
- Additional exchanges integrated based on community demand
- Pre-built, backtested trading strategies from RichGoon
- TradingView strategy automation (connect your own strategies)
- Portfolio tracking and performance analysis
- Educational resources and trading tools
- Community features and leaderboards
IMPORTANT DISTINCTIONS:
- Paper Trading: Completely risk-free simulated trading with virtual currency. Perfect for testing strategies.
- Live Trading: Real automated trading on your connected broker accounts. Requires paid subscription and carries real financial risk.
4.1 Trading Strategies and Automation
We provide backtested trading strategies with documented performance that you can automate. Users can choose to:
- Automate our pre-built RichGoon strategies based on their backtested performance
- Connect and automate their own TradingView strategies
- Test strategies risk-free with paper trading before going live
- Use strategies for live trading (paid plans)
Critical Understanding About Automated Trading:
- Algorithmic Execution: Trading bots operate entirely based on algorithmic strategies and automated signals. They execute trades according to pre-programmed rules without human emotion or real-time judgment.
- Do Your Own Research: You must understand the strategy, its logic, and its risk profile before automating it. Never blindly automate a strategy you don't understand.
- Past Performance Warning: While our strategies are backtested and regularly updated, past performance does NOT guarantee future results. You could lose ALL of your invested capital.
- Market Conditions Change: Strategies that performed well historically may not perform well in current or future market conditions.
- Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your risk management, position sizing, and trading decisions. We provide tools, not guarantees.
4.2 Broker Account Access
When you connect your broker account to RichGoon:
- We securely store your API credentials or broker login details in our encrypted database
- These credentials are used ONLY to execute trades according to your automated strategies
- We have NO access to your funds, account balances, or ability to withdraw money
- We store NO financial data from your broker beyond the credentials needed for trade execution
- API permissions are limited strictly to trade execution functions
4.3 Payment Processing
We use Stripe as our payment processor. All payment information is handled securely by Stripe and we do not store your full credit card details.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Create multiple accounts to manipulate rankings or gain unfair advantages
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our platform security or broker integrations
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the Services (except through our official automation features)
- Share your broker API credentials with others or use credentials that don't belong to you
- Attempt to access other users' broker accounts or trading data
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Scrape, mine, or extract data from our platform without authorization
- Violate any broker or exchange terms of service through our platform
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Our Content
All content, features, and functionality of RichGoon, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of RichGoon and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
6.3 User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to RichGoon. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting our Services.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations
7.1 No Investment or Financial Advice
WE ARE NOT FINANCIAL ADVISORS:
- RichGoon is NOT a licensed investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial institution, or registered investment advisor.
- We do NOT provide financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice of any kind.
- All information, strategies, tools, and educational content are provided for informational and automation purposes only.
- You should consult with qualified financial professionals, tax advisors, and legal counsel before making any financial or investment decisions.
- Any information about trading strategies or market analysis should NOT be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.
- Trading decisions are solely YOUR responsibility. We are simply providing automation tools.
7.2 Trading Risks and User Responsibility
CRITICAL RISK WARNING - READ CAREFULLY:
- You Could Lose Everything: Trading in financial markets carries substantial risk. You could lose some or ALL of the amount you invest. Never invest money you cannot afford to lose.
- Algorithmic Trading: Our trading bots operate entirely on algorithmic strategies and automated signals. They execute trades based on pre-programmed rules without human intervention, emotion, or real-time judgment.
- Past Performance ≠ Future Results: Past performance, backtested results, and historical data do NOT guarantee future profits or success. Market conditions change constantly.
- Do Your Own Research: You are solely responsible for conducting your own research, analysis, and due diligence before using any strategy or making any trading decision.
- Not Financial Advice: We are NOT financial advisors, investment advisors, or broker-dealers. Nothing we provide constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
- Risk Management is YOUR Responsibility: You must implement your own risk management strategies, including proper position sizing, stop losses, and portfolio diversification.
- Understand Before You Trade: Ensure you fully understand how algorithmic trading works, the risks involved, and the specific strategy you are automating before going live.
- Strategy Updates Don't Eliminate Risk: While we regularly update our strategies to optimize performance, no strategy can eliminate market risk or guarantee profits.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and accept full responsibility for any trading losses.
7.3 Algorithmic Trading and Strategy Performance
Understanding Algorithmic Trading:
- Our trading bots execute trades based entirely on algorithmic strategies and automated signals
- Bots follow pre-programmed rules without human emotion, but also without human discretion or real-time market judgment
- Algorithms cannot predict unforeseen market events, black swan events, or sudden market shifts
- Even well-tested strategies can fail in changing market conditions
Strategy Performance Disclaimers:
- We do NOT guarantee any specific returns, profits, or performance outcomes
- Historical backtested performance does NOT ensure future success or profitability
- Past results, whether in backtesting or live trading, do NOT guarantee future profits
- Strategy updates and optimizations may not prevent losses in adverse or volatile market conditions
- You could lose ALL of the amount you invest, regardless of strategy performance history
- You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, risk management, and results
Before Going Live: Always test strategies thoroughly with paper trading. Understand how the algorithm works, what signals it uses, and under what market conditions it performs best. Never risk more than you can afford to lose.
7.4 No Access to User Funds
We explicitly clarify that:
- We have NO access to your broker account funds or balances
- We CANNOT withdraw, transfer, or access your money
- API credentials are used solely for executing trades per your automation settings
- You maintain full control of your broker account at all times
7.5 Data Accuracy
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data or any information provided through our Services. Data may be delayed or contain errors.
7.6 Service Availability
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.
7.7 Third-Party Broker and Exchange Services
We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party brokers and exchanges (including but not limited to Pepperstone, IC Markets, FP Markets, FTMO, Funded Trading Plus, Binance, BingX, Hyperliquid, IG Group, Hanko). You are subject to their respective terms of service.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RICHGOON AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RichGoon and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Any content you submit or share through the Services
10. Data Collection and Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.1 Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Firebase (Google): For authentication and data storage
- Stripe: For secure payment processing (Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply)
- Broker APIs: For executing automated trades on your behalf
10.2 Broker Credential Security
When you provide broker API credentials or login information:
- Credentials are encrypted and securely stored in our database
- We use credentials ONLY for trade execution as configured in your bots
- We do NOT store your broker account balance, transaction history, or personal financial data from brokers
- You can revoke access or delete credentials at any time
10.3 Payment Information
Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
Our Services integrate with and may contain links to third-party websites, brokers, exchanges, and services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
11.1 Broker and Exchange Integrations
We integrate with multiple third-party brokers and exchanges including (but not limited to):
- cTrader-enabled brokers: Pepperstone, IC Markets, FP Markets
- Prop firms: Funded Trading Plus, FTMO
- Exchanges: IG Group, Hanko, Binance, BingX, Hyperliquid
- Other brokers and exchanges added based on user demand
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for:
- Broker or exchange downtime, API failures, or service interruptions
- Changes to broker terms, fees, or policies
- Broker account closures, restrictions, or violations
- Execution delays, slippage, or rejected orders from brokers
11.2 Market Data Providers
Market data is provided by third-party financial data providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such data.
11.3 TradingView Integration
Our platform allows you to automate TradingView strategies. You are responsible for ensuring your TradingView strategies comply with TradingView's terms of service.
12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RichGoon operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 Arbitration
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property disputes or violations of these Terms.
12.3 Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
13. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.
14. Miscellaneous Provisions
14.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RichGoon regarding the Services.
14.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
14.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
14.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
By using RichGoon, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
